Senior Associate/Assistant Manager (HNW US/UK Tax) Big 4 Firm - London, UK

My client is a Big 4 firm in the heart of London. One of their many services is to provide US/UK services to High Net Worth individuals, primarily those in the financial services sector, many of whom are very senior executives in the asset management, investment banking and hedge fund space. Their services include a broad range of tax advice covering cross-border planning; estate and gift tax planning; tax efficient business structuring; expatriation advice; trusts; as well as handling personal federal, state and local individual tax compliance.

The firm currently seeks a high calibre US/UK Tax Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to help them with the continued expansion of the group.

• You will be part of a team that will provide high quality US/UK tax compliance & advisory services to high net worth individuals primarily within the financial services sector.
• Work on projects covering areas such as trusts, estate and gift tax and expatriation tax.
• Be part of a team that will successfully deliver projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and business driven approach.
• Pursue and develop new opportunities both in respect of existing clients and prospective clients.
• Team with other members of the tax practice to deliver wider projects and deepen client relationships.

You will be qualified to ATT as a minimum requirement. CTA or equivalent level are highly desirable and you must be qualified as a US IRS Enrolled Agent.

Significant experience in the provision of US/UK advisory & compliance services to high net worth individuals as well as strong technical abilities in both US and UK tax systems.
